Tech Sector Tree Planting 2

Join us for Tree Planting on November 25th, Saturday morning, in the Szarvasgede / Csécse area!

UpScale supported a tree planting initiative last year, and now we invite you to join us again. Let’s make the world greener together. The voluntary work will take place on a forest area prepared by the MyForest Foundation with the support of UpScale.

Location: Szarvasgede / Csécse, two nearby locations – we’ll specify which one later.

Time: The activity will last approximately half a day, gathering at 9:30 am, starting at 10:00 am. The work will finish no later than 2-3 in the afternoon, but everyone can contribute until they can.

Experienced forestry professionals will guide the volunteers, explaining how to plant and care for saplings properly.

The activity includes chestnut planting and/or planting tree saplings. By doing this together, we contribute to the growth and maintenance of our forests.

Important Information:

• Weather-appropriate clothing is crucial. Expect cold weather, and prepare for possible rain and mud.
• Bring well-sealed, waterproof footwear for the damp ground—something you don’t mind getting dirty.
• You can bring your gloves, or we can provide them.
• MyForest will provide the necessary tools.
• Ensure you have enough food and drinks.
