Our history
In 2017, the founders of UpScale successfully launched a Proof of Concept project for a market leader bank in Central Europe. Based on the modern technology concept a new generational distributed service platform was developed with a microservices architecture.
UpScale was born from this successful Proof Of Concept project. Our company still plays a key role in the continuous development of the system which currently forms the core layer of the renewed internet and mobile banking solution. From that time on, UpScale helped many multinational enterprises to modernize their legacy systems, replace monolith architectures and enable the latest technologies.
Our values
UpScale has a sincere and authentic belief in supporting our community. In order to play a part in a more sustainable future, we are sponsoring a forest and participating in the planting and nurturing of trees.
We have a paperless office and we use electronic signatures. Recently UpScale has switched to plug-in-hybrids and bicycles, reducing our company's carbon footprint. We foster digital inclusion for families: together with the United Way, we are fighting for the health, education and financial stability of every person in our community. UpScale works to address the learning gaps. Very deep commitment to giving back is our core value, because healthy, sustainable communities matter.
Our professional life
You can meet with UpScale at well-known conferences, meetups, as well as webinars. We frequently publish blogs and share our knowledge at conferences, podcasts and on many other platforms.
Our monthly professional beer party (with opinion leader guest speakers) is the main platform of our internal knowledge sharing and innovation. UpScale provides quarterly trainings for its employees in paid working hours and encourages to pivot new concepts.
