We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Prometheus Monitoring Specialist who wants to take part in the latest developments and play a key role in optimizing system reliability and performance.
Our goal is to create market-disrupting solutions — and we’re looking for someone who is passionate about infrastructure stability and continuous improvement.
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A LEAD MONITORING EXPERT?
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 monitoring engineers within a 14-person engineering organization
- Define monitoring strategies and requirements for new applications and microservices
- Conduct complex incident investigations and end-to-end performance/log analyses (from frontend to middleware to database)
- Facilitate the adoption of next-generation monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Azure integrations, cloud observability)
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers
Technical environment:
- Monitoring / Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace
- Core stack: Java / Spring, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Cassandra, Oracle, .NET
- Additional tools: ELK stack, Terraform, Python or other scripting languages, Azure
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US:
- Extensive experience in monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or similar APM tools)
- Proven track record in incident management and performance analysis
- Solid understanding of containerized / microservice environments (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Experience with log analysis tools (ELK stack or similar)
- Hands-on experience in cloud-based monitoring (Azure)
- Leadership experience – mentoring, team management, and stakeholder communication
Nice to have skills:
- Knowledge of Java / Spring or .NET (for application monitoring support)
- Experience in database performance optimization (Cassandra, Oracle, SQL)
- Automation and scripting experience (Python / Terraform, Infrastructure as Code)
- Familiarity with CI/CD environments
- Team player attitude
