AS AN APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Performing application operation tasks
- Participation as an expert in projects and audits related to systems and applications
- Execution and documentation of version changes, migrations, and DR/DRP tests
- Automation of tasks/procedures
- Handling incidents/problems, identifying causes
- Generating reports, building a knowledge base, creating and maintaining documentation
- Collaboration and communication with IT departments and service providers
- Independent/proactive work
